Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your item, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons
Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning an item, please reach out to our customer service team at aceceastores@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-15 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at aceceastores@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges due to defects or damage, we will cover the shipping costs.
