What is your return & exchange policy? Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of every item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.

We ask that you please review the sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order. This policy allows us to reduce waste and continue to offer our curated, on-demand collection.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect? We stand behind our craft 100%. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, we will absolutely make it right.

Please visit our [Link to Your Returns Portal] within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a claim. You will be asked for your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will coordinate a replacement for you immediately.

What are your processing & shipping times? Our process is twofold:

  1. Production: As each item is custom-printed for you, please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced.

  2. Shipping: Once produced, your order ships. Delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment:

    • United States (Standard): 2 - 5 business days

    • United States (Economy): 4 - 8 business days

    • Canada (Standard): 10 - 30 business days

Can I track my order? Absolutely. The moment your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your order's journey by visiting our [Link to Your Tracking App Page].

Is my payment information secure? Yes. Our entire store is powered by Shopify and is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All transactions are protected with industry-standard SSL encryption, and your payment information is never stored by us. We accept all major credit cards as well as secure express checkouts like PayPal and Shop Pay.
