What is your return & exchange policy?
Due to the exclusive, made-to-order nature of every garment, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing discrepancies or general buyer's remorse.
We ask that you consult the detailed sizing guide and product specifications meticulously before purchase. This policy reflects our commitment to reducing environmental waste and maintaining the curated, non-mass-produced exclusivity of our collection.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
We stand behind our craft. If your item arrives with a production defect, is damaged, or if you received an incorrect item, we are committed to making it right immediately.
Please initiate a claim via our Returns Portal within 30 days of receipt. Upon submission of your order number and a brief photo of the issue, our quality assurance team will coordinate an immediate replacement.

What is the timeline for processing & shipping my order?
