Devoluciones

Queremos que estés completamente satisfecho con tu compra. Si no estás satisfecho con tu artículo, tienes 14 días naturales a partir de la fecha de recepción para solicitar una devolución. Para poder realizar una devolución, el artículo debe estar sin usar, en su estado original e incluir todo el embalaje, las etiquetas y los accesorios originales.

Artículos no retornables

Ciertos artículos están exentos de devolución, incluidos:

Proceso de devolución

1. Contáctenos : antes de devolver un artículo, comuníquese con nuestro equipo de atención al cliente en aceceastores@gmail.com para obtener un número de Autorización de devolución de mercancía (RMA).

2. Prepare el paquete : empaquete el artículo de forma segura en su embalaje original, incluidos todos los accesorios y la documentación. Marque claramente el número de RMA en el exterior del paquete.

3. Envío del artículo : envía el paquete a la dirección proporcionada por nuestro equipo de atención al cliente. Te recomendamos utilizar un servicio de envío rastreable, ya que no podemos garantizar la recepción del artículo devuelto.

Reembolsos

Una vez que recibamos e inspeccionemos su devolución, le notificaremos la aprobación o el rechazo de su reembolso. Si se aprueba, el reembolso se procesará a su método de pago original en un plazo de 7 a 15 días hábiles.

Intercambios

Solo reemplazamos artículos que estén defectuosos o dañados. Si necesita cambiar un artículo por el mismo producto, contáctenos a aceceastores@gmail.com para coordinar el cambio.

Costos de envío
